Ok, Here's the deal, anyone that has read my posts over the past couple years or so knows that i'm not a fan of Kingston; for several reasons but thats another story for another day. My main point is; after such a heated and poignant rivalry over the last seven, eight months going back to March of this year, they finally had their big singles match last September at GBH. Now, I personally was looking forward to the match because it was hyped brilliantly but after seeing it live, I must admit that I was pretty disapointed. It just seemed way too slow paced and it definitely lacked the fire and hate that Kingston promised to bring to the match.

I'm not putting all the blame on Kingston alone because Hero didn't seem to bring as much intensity into the match as he did with say...his match against KENTA on HDNet or his big match against Lance Storm last July. Maybe you could explain it away by saying that Hero was simply interested in pinning Eddie and finally ridding himself of this fued as he has mentioned before. Its cool, i'm not that picky, but judging by the sketchy way the match ended, I sat there live and assumed that we'd see more of Kingston and Hero fueding in ROH. Its been over one month now and we've not seen head nor tails of Kingston and Hero has barely mentioned his win at all.

I recently read that Kingston's nose was broken over the past couple weeks at another promotion's show and while that's unfortunate, I would've assumed that we were going to see immediate response from Kingston in upcoming videowires regarding his anger over the result of his match with Hero. If anything, we couldve seen more video's of Hero gloating about his big win.

Anybody find it strange? I'm not a huge fan of Kingston but the guy is obviously really popular in Philly and with some sort of promo time, i'm sure he could get over with fans in Detroit, VA, Boston, Chicago etc.

You got your own answer. He had a severly broken nose a couple weeks back. As was not cleared until this month. Now if he is not brought back then, that is when we should go huh?

Probably somewhere figuring out what the "hot puro moves" are at the moment, so he can be a strong style spot fest making up for how awful he is....

Yes! This guy gets it! That's the best answer I got lol, but seriously, its not like Hero couldnt extend the fued by using the videowires to gloat about his win, thus keeping the fued alive in the minds of fans. Kingston might have a broken nose and everything but it's not as if he couldn't cut promos from home or so. Hell, he could go ahead and lie by saying that Hero himself gave him that broken nose from one of those "DEVASTATING" KO elbows; even though we all know that he didn't do it. A visual of Kingston's broken nose could really help sell the fued in a whole new way imo. Well, that's just what I would do, i'm not the one booking this.

Lol, well it could be worse if Kingston started using those spinning back kicks that KENTA, Ibushi and Nakajima love doing. I'm sure their people here that would start acting like Kingston invented those moves himself lol

It'd be nice if they used the videowires period.

If Eddie Kinston was a regular on the roster, he would eventually catch on fire and breakthrough to the fans. He's not booked fairly enough for that to really happen, a full program with Hero would do wonders, none of this half assed feud.

Ding ding ding. Winner.

Kaz, not to take a personal shot, but man, your Kingston hate just seems uninformed and immature. "Hot puro moves," are you kidding me? Like he is the only one that introduces them into his moveset?

No offense, but y'all need to read Gustav Lebon and some crowd psychology, 'cause the blind herd following when it comes to disliking wrestler x or y is abit much.

Watch Kingston take on Kenny King from HDNet and tell me he's not over if given the chance.

Kingston is a fat guy who can talk, hits people hard and can throw a nice suplex or two...

That said...I could live with or without him...but if they are going to push the angle of Kingston vs. Hero they need to finish it.

Samoa Joe was fat also. What is your point?

Do you actually read the **** you quote?

Samoa Joe had other qualities, besides being able to suplex people well, hitting people hard and being able to talk....

For instance, Joe was ATHLETIC! Kingston is not...

I'm not a big Kingston fan, that said, if I were running ROH I would use him because people seem to like him...plus he's sort of in a feud. Chuck, man, just because we disagree one some aspects of a particular guy doesn't mean we disagree across the board. I also think you single out one thing someone (namely myself) says and verbally rape them for having a differing opinion.
