It's Tag Team Survival in Toronto! Four of the hottest new tag teams in ROH will battle each other at ALL STAR EXTRAVAGANZA.  Each one of these teams is trying to move to the next level and compete for titles. Every win matters! And when the tag scene is this competitive, a huge four corner match is definitely going to rock the Mattamy Athletic Centre.
In one corner, The Decade will be represented by Adam Page and BJ Whitmer. At DEATH BEFORE DISHONOR in Chicago Ridge, Page DEFEATED Adam Pearce, who The Decade hired to teach their "young boys" some respect. For a moment, it looked like the veterans were about to give Adam Page some credit...but instead business as usual continued and they humiliated him. Now he's seemingly back in the fold as a humble, obedient "rookie," but only time will tell if his emotional roller coaster in Chicago has had any effect on him. Meanwhile, BJ Whitmer keeps cracking the whip and there's no way he will just shrug off a loss here.
Across the ring will be a newer team: Caprice Coleman and Takaaki Watanabe. Interestingly, this team dynamic is essentially the exact opposite of Whitmer and Page. Coleman - who has had his own issues with The Decade - is one of the most respected veterans in the locker room. In NJPW's Watanabe, he saw a young, talented wrestler eager to learn and prosper in America. Rather than beating him down and humiliating him, Coleman has opted to mentor Watanabe and pass on some of that wisdom that only comes through experience - just like he guided Cedric Alexander in his early, untested years.
Also entered into the fray will be the team of Ethan Gabriel Owens and Josh Alexander. This team has been making waves in ROH, taking on high level competition and impressing in every outing. Obviously, they want to be considered for title opportunities. The only way they'll establish themselves is taking the rest of the take division to the limit and forcing everyone to take notice. Owens and Alexander are an established, well oiled team - they might be new to ROH, but their double teams and chemistry is some of the most exciting in pro wrestling.
And finally, #TheNewStreak has found a new ally in MOOSE, who teams with R.D. Evans in Toronto. After weeks of seemingly one-sided "negotiation" by Veda Scott, Moose decided to join up with Evans and keep The Streak alive! Now these two have entered the tag division full force and - as Veda Scott insists we remind you - are currently undefeated. This four way survival will be a huge test for the team, who don't even have to be involved in the pinfall to lose! #TheNewStreak is coming to Toronto on iPPV!
In addition to this new match, we have received word that Michael Bennett and Maria Kanellis WILL  be at ALL STAR EXTRAVAGANZA...and they have what they're calling a "very special" announcement. We don't know what these two have planned, but you can be there live or watching on iPPV to find out!
