The following night, ROH returns to Lowell, MA for the fallout from Best in the World with an international television taping!

The ROH Board of Directors have begun signing matches for the international television taping the night following the Best in the World Pay Per View! One of the hottest young stars in the world will receive his first ROH World Television Championship shot. But he will not know who he faces until the conclusion of Best in the World!

ROH WORLD TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP
THE WINNER OF ROH WORLD TELEVISION CHAMPION KUSHIDA/”THE VILLAIN” MARTY SCURLL AT BITW vs. JAY WHITE

It has long been said that to make it in Ring of Honor, one must become undeniable. In just under one year’s time, that is just one of the adjectives that would aptly describe Jay White.

The young star from New Zealand is on excursion from New Japan after starting his career in the UK and started his career in ROH with a win over current ROH World Champion Christopher Daniels. In the following 12 months, White spent June to February undefeated, picking up victory after victory while learning under the tutelage of the Motor City Machine Guns as part of Search and Destroy!

With wind in his sails following his victory over Punishment Martinez at ROH Masters of the Craft and his co-win of the Gateway to Gold Gauntlet in Collinsville, IL, White looks to win his first championship in ROH! White’s singles record has propelled him into championship contention and could leave Lowell as the ROH World Television Champion.

But there is only one problem: the New Zealand star must prepare for either KUSHIDA or “The Villain” Marty Scurll who will compete the night before for the ROH World Television title! Will White remain strategic and limit his involvement in his own match the night before against the Rebellion or will the fighting spirit we have seen be on full display both nights? Who will leave Lowell the champion? Join us at Best in the World Weekend to find out!

The fourth-annual Best in the World Pay Per View emanates from the Lowell Memorial Auditorium on Friday June 23 at 9:00 EST/6:00 PST! It is available on all major providers as well as the Fite.TV app, Playstation Network, and ROHWrestling.com. And remember: you can join us live in Lowell, MA with special ticket packages available for both Best in the World AND our international television taping featuring the fallout the following night!
